Sympa provides a workstation for home to Sympaticos that have chosen home as the primary workstation
Sympa supports ONE adequate workstation based on:
- role and personal preferences that enhance efficiency and wellbeing.
- agreement with the manager and the team.
The workstation for home will be provided when:
- The employee is working mostly from home.
- The Employee has agreed with the manager to have the primary workstation at home
- The employee has filled out the information in Oma Sympa (Hybrid Ways of Working-form)
Kindly note, when choosing the primary workstation at home, please consider the timeframe from now to 3 years onwards. During this period, when working at the office, no dedicated work station, choose any flex station or seat available.
Sympa provides the employee a workstation set based on own needs:
- 1 desk OR 1 laptop stand
- 1 chair
When choosing, please consider the following:
- For tools with warranty of 3 years or more. When choosing, please consider the following:
- The employee will claim the desk and chair after three years from order.
- If the employment will be terminated within 3 years, the employee is obliged to purchase the tools:
- In case the employment is terminated during the first year from the order, the employee will pay 75% of the total order value.
- In case the employment is terminated between 1-2 years from the order, the employee will pay 50% of the total order value.
- In case the employment is terminated between 2-3 years from the order, the employee will pay 25% of the total order value.
- For tools with warranty of 2 years. When choosing, please consider the following:
- The employee will claim the tools after two years from order.
- If the employment will be terminated within 2 years, the employee is obliged to purchase the tools:
If Sympa terminates the employment, the employee has the right to purchase the tools. If the employee doesn’t want to purchase the tools, Sympa will pay for the delivery of the tools to the office/to a new owner.
Kindly note, Sympa will not pay for moving the equipment in case the employee moves house, or pay for shipping costs for moving equipment from the office or back.
